Terms and Conditions


Patriot Dumpster Services will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. By signing this contract the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental of the described service.

SERVICE, PRICING and PAYMENTS:

  1. Our dumpster service will be provided for the day that the service is requested.

  2. The normal rental period is a 2 day rental.

  3. Customer must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same day delivery, swap out or pick up.

  4. For expedited service, if available, a $125.00 same day service fee will apply.

  5. Additional days added on to your rental period will be at $35.00 Per Day starting on the day following the end of the original rental contract until the day that the roll-off is picked up.

  6. All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s).

  7. All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s).

  8. All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

  1. Customer shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster Patriot Dumpster Services shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair of replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession.

  2. The customer shall be liable for any repair of replacement costs.

  3. Upon removal, the customer authorizes Patriot Dumpster Services to collect any additional disposal and repair and replacement costs attributable to the customer.

  4. Any Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners will have an extra charge of $500.00 and up.

  5. ANYTHING with FREO - AND NOT - go to the Transfer Waste Stations unless the owner of the property takes such items themselves.

  6. For any other appliance please ask and we will let you know if there is any extra cost or if we can take it for free.

  7. Exceeding stated weight allowances will result in an additional charge up to $100.00 per ton.

  8. 12 Cubic Yard Dumpster - 2,000 pounds included ($100.00 per additional 2,000 pounds) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 12,000 pounds or more.

  9. Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required.

  10. A dry run charge can range from $70.00 to up to $125.00 per occurrence.

  11. Blocking of impeding retrieval of a roll-off on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge.

WASTE MATERIALS:

  1. Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only.

  2. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazards, infection, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Wastes”) into roll-off containers.

  3. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to: tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, animal carcasses, etc.

  4. Any Hazardous waste found in the dumpster will be subject to a $200.00 cleaning charge and additional Transfer Station Fees.

INSPECTION / REJECTION OF PROHIBITED WASTE:

  1. Title to and liability for Prohibit Waster shall remain with the customer at all times.

  2. Patriot Dumpster Services shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

  1. The utmost diligence and care will be afforded to the customer by Patriot Dumpster Services during the delivery and retrieval of our equipment but Customer acknowledges that Patriot Dumpster Services shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Patriot Dumpster Services dumpster(s) or trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and surroundings.

  2. Customer acknowledges Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
